You can learn just about anything on YouTube and it’s no surprise there are countless trainers on the platform providing workouts for free. We found workouts for everyone at any stage of their life and fitness. We focussed on YouTubers creating current workouts during this pandemic from their own home. They show their creativity by using stuff around the house like grocery bags and water bottles. If you have a smart TV, stream youtube from your phone through apple tv or chromecast and it’s like having an instructor in front of you.
