The rules about keeping workers safe at work are changing as more data from research comes in. So where are we today with the new CDC guidance?

It can be difficult to keep track of the rapidly changing landscape as the United States begins to slowly ramp up and return to work once more. Delta recently became the first company to require all employees to be vaccinated, with the The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission stating such mandates are legal per issued guidance in December. Additionally, the CDC stated recently that people who are vaccinated no longer need to wear masks or social distance, sparking a wave of concern and confusion given that we have no way to identify who is vaccinated or not, and only 50% of the country has received at least one dose of the vaccine. And employees wonder, are companies liable if they are exposed to COVID-19?
