Focus on what you can control and work to let go of fear as you set out to accomplish your goals.

Setting goals to work toward is a great first step to give you focus, but there are other steps you can take to keep from being derailed along the way:

  • Write down your goals so you can track your progress. 
  • Work to develop a consistent routine and get ahead of bad habits.
  • Don’t talk yourself out of something because you are afraid to fail or to succeed.
