How do you know when to safely discontinue isolation after COVID-19? The CDC has issued some guidance to help as you resume your life.

We’re still figuring out how to discontinue isolation once a case of COVID-19 has resolved. The CDC has guidelines based on the most current knowledge of virus. They write, “In the context of community transmission where continued testing is impractical, available evidence at this time indicates that an interim strategy based on time-since-illness-onset and time-since-recovery can be implemented to establish the end of isolation.” Read more about their guidelines at the link below.
