This touching personal tribute to Justice Ginsburg by Nina Totenberg, her close friend of more than 50 years, gives a glimpse in to the woman behind the legend.

Nina Totenburg, NPR journalist, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Supreme Court Justice, had a deep friendship spanning five decades. They met when Totenberg was doing research for an article, and Ginsburg was a Rutgers law professor who helped with her research. From shopping to marriages to quiet family dinners, Totenberg gives a beautiful glimpse in to the woman behind the Supreme Court legend.
