In the before times, I had a fairly active lifestyle. But when the pandemic hit, all that abruptly stopped and I have been trying a number of different workout videos through the pandemic. I am a fan of the Orangetheory At Home workouts for strength, but wanted some more intense cardio options to get the heart rate up on non-strength training days. My friend Maria raved about Christina Dorner’s YouTube Fitness channel, and I decided to give her workouts a try. I was immediately hooked.
Christina has been teaching group fitness classes for 27 years, and personal training for 16 years. All that experience shows in her videos! She has a large variety of different workouts, including Step, Full Body Strength, Upper and Lower Body Strength, Dance Workouts, Abs and Core, Strong Legs, Cardio and HIIT, Yoga and Stretching, and more. Many of these are offered in beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, and I find her routines easy to follow. She’s positive and fun, and I often find myself smiling along with her. (In fact, her workouts were so enjoyable that I bought this step on Amazon to do be able to do those routines as well.) With different class levels offered, she has just the right routine to challenge anyone, whatever your fitness level may be.
