Stephanie Creary explains in the Harvard Business Review how using the LEAP Framework can assist you in being a better ally for your black colleagues, and help to ensure a more equitable workplace.

The LEAP Framework is designed to help diverse colleagues from different backgrounds build stronger relationships in the workplace. “LEAP is based on the idea that relating to people who are different from us takes hard work and can be anxiety-provoking. Yet, doing the necessary work to notice, connect, value, and respond to others’ needs results in more effective working relationships,” says author Stephanie Creary.

You can read more about it in the HBR article below, and watch a lecture by Wharton Professor Stephanie Creary on YouTube explaining the Framework.
