Need some simple exercises you can easily do standing or sitting at your desk? Incorporating these 10 stretches in to your day will make a big difference.

Even though we may not be in our offices right now, we’re still sitting for far too long at our desks or dining room tables, working long hours. That can wreak havoc on our bodies, particularly if you aren’t able to have an ergonomic set up. (I’m looking at you functional-but-definitely-not-ergonomic kitchen chair.) Adding in some easy, simple stretches to help keep you flexible and productive will make a difference, and have you feeling a lot better in the process. I’ve incorporated a number of these in to my day, and definitely feel better for it. They worked for me, and I hope they work for you, too.
